Registration

If this is your first conference, be sure to tell us when you register. We want to help you have a great first conference and welcome you into the OASBO community.

ONSITE CHECKIN

Badge & material pick up starts at 11:00 am on Wednesday in the Riverhouse Convention Center. Pick up your materials anytime before the 1:00 pm conference start time.

Attire

Conference attire is business casual. Dress in layers as summers in Bend can be temperamental and the conference facility can be chilly.

We're a Community

Don't be afraid to stop someone and ask a question or introduce yourself. We're really glad you've joined OASBO and we hope you leave the conference having found connections that will help you professionally.

Meals

Some meals are included in your registration. Any meals listed in the schedule are included for the registered attendee. Take advantage of these opportunities to meet new people. If you have dietary needs, be sure to let us know when you register.

Thursday evening we serve family dinner. Families are welcome and there is no additional charge. After dinner we host the After-Party at The Eddy (near the restaurant, adults only, beverages for purchase). Be sure to let us know how many extra will join you for dinner when you register.

Exhibit Hall & Partners

Take advantage of meeting the exhibitors and partners in the Exhibit Hall. The companies that participate are a resource for you as you navigate school business. When you have solid support from so many, it makes complex issues much easier to navigate. Regardless of whether you do business with a particular company, it's good to know people!

Event Platform

An online schedule will help you access handouts, connect with fellow attendees and exhibitors, and see the most up to date schedule and workshop information. We will send an invitation to all registered attendees when the platform goes live. Set up instructions are included in the invitation email. Look for the invite about two weeks before the conference.

DON'T FORGET TO BRING

Business cards
Mobile device or tablet/laptop to access the event platform and handouts.
Sweater or another clothing layer. We try to keep rooms at a comfortable temperature but in big spaces with lots of people, it can be difficult.

Parking

If you are staying onsite, park near your room and walk over to the convention center. If you're staying offsite and need to park, there is parking above the convention center. Follow NW Rippling River Ct. up the hill to the parking lot. There are a few accessible parking spaces at the front of the building.
