Students who can answer "yes" to all of the following questions, qualify for this scholarship.

The application is a Google Form. All documents must be submitted through this form.

Please use the Application Preparation document to prepare answers and documents prior to starting the application.

Recipients will be selected from those applications submitted before the deadline. The scholarship will be made payable to the school upon verification of fall term enrollment.

The number of scholarships awarded (0-3) and the amount of each scholarship ($1,000 - $3,000) depend on the number of qualified applicants and evaluation of application quality.
