2024 is the year of recognizing that we are in fact, Stronger Together. We have more impact, our profession gains new perspectives, and we leave the conference with more inspiration and resolve.

New in 2024

Reservations at the Riverhouse are available to registered attendees only. The registration confirmation will include instructions. As always, alternate reservations can be made at any time at other locations.

Family Dinner has a new format! We'll host dinner, the same as always, from 6 - 8 pm. We'll have some fun activities for kids and a photo booth but there won't be dancing. From 8 - 10 pm, we'll host an "After Party" at The Eddy (near the restaurant) for those who still want to continue conversation. The After Party is for adults only and will have a cash bar available.

This conference is in person only.

The event platform will be available about 2 weeks prior to the conference. An invitation will be sent to all registered attendees.

Mindset Matters!

Clint Swindall

We are living in challenging times. Even as we put a once-in-a-lifetime global pandemic behind us, we face divisive politics, national security concerns, economic woes, and more. The number of issues out of our control can be daunting.

While many of the significant issues may be out of our control, we each have within us an incredible power to deal with chaos and confusion all around us. This incredible power is called mindset – the beliefs that shape how we make sense of the world and ourselves.

Our mindset matters. It profoundly impacts our personal and professional lives. How? Personally, it determines our success because our thinking pattern determines our inner dialogue, our inner dialogue determines our efforts and our efforts determine our success. And professionally, it allows us to contribute to a culture of employee engagement.

Clint does more than just talk about leadership. His leadership roles in the community include serving as Chairman of the Board of GVTC Communications, a leading provider of communication services. He is founder and Chairman of the Board of the First Chance Foundation, a 501(c)3 dedicated to assisting abandoned, abused, and neglected children, and is Director Emeritus of the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo. He and his wife Heather of 20 years reside just north of San Antonio in Bulverde, Texas … the front door to the Texas Hill Country. When he’s not working to enhance the leadership skills of his clients, he can be found pursuing his hobby of competition BBQ!
