Exhibit Opportunities

Our Annual Summer Conference is the only show of it's kind in Oregon with over 250 school business professionals under one roof. Every region and almost all of the school districts and education service districts are represented every year. Mark your calendar, the conference is always the last full week of July in Bend, Oregon.

Companies who wish to exhibit at the Annual Summer Conference will sign up for the Conference Partner membership option or the Premier or Elite Partnership packages.

Conference Partnerships are SOLD OUT at this time. Please contact OASBO staff to be placed on the waiting list.

  • Pre-Registration for the next Annual Conference.

Annual Summer Conference Exhibit Booth inclusions:

  • Two booth representative registrations
  • Booths are 8’ x 10’ and include 8’ tall piping on back wall, 3’ tall piping on two sides, carpet, one table (with table cloth and skirting), two chairs
  • Additional booth spaces may be purchased (based on availability)
  • Additional booth representative registrations may be purchased
  • Lunch tickets may be purchased
