My screen keeps freezing.
If your camera is on, turn it off. This often will allow the audio to work better as the bandwidth needs are reduced. If your camera is off and your screen or sound continues to freeze or lag, change your view of the meeting participants. Choosing to view only who is speaking, or only active cameras could help. If you can't get it to work, consider leaving the meeting, closing your browser and then reconnecting to the meeting or restarting your computer and reconnecting.
My audio won't work.
Did you recently change the type of headphones or speakers you were using? Check to make sure the correct device is chosen in the webinar settings. This goes for your microphone too. If relying on your computer's built in microphone, you may run into issues and feedback. Consider using a plugged in set of ear buds with a built in microphone to alleviate sound quality or other issues. If you can't get it to work, consider leaving the meeting, closing your browser and then reconnecting to the meeting or restarting your computer and reconnecting. Be sure to have your preferred audio device plugged in and connected before starting the webinar again.
Zoom will be used. Phone access will also be available if computer audio is not available. You do not need to have a webcam or microphone but we certainly recommend having them. Some tips for the best experience:
Web Browser Help
Check that you are using the latest version of your web browser. If the problem persists, try using a different browser.
Switch to hard-wired internet if using WiFi. Or try connecting to the meetings on a mobile device using the Zoom app. You'll need the meeting ID and password if joining from a mobile device.
