These registration fees are applicable for individuals that qualify for the general individual membership level. Individuals employed by business entities or companies must participate through one of the corporate partnership options.

Technology Requirements

A schedule platform, much like our previous in-person conference platform, will be used.

The conference will be run on both GoTo Meeting and Zoom platforms. Call in phone numbers will be available. You do not need to have a webcam or microphone but we certainly recommend having them. Our general sessions will not have camera capabilities for attendees, however workshop will allow you to participate as a meeting participant. Some tips for the best experience:

  • Use headphones with a built in microphone.
  • Participate in a quiet room/location.
  • Keep your microphone muted unless you are speaking.
  • Turn off your camera if you must talk to someone else, need to move around, or leave the view of the camera.
  • Connect on a strong wifi or hardwired connection for the best quality. Phones and mobile devices can be used but please leave the camera off and sound muted unless the device is kept stable. It is distracting to see a lot of movement on the screen.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the conference starts there will be no refunds.
  • An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for any cancellation on or after October 9, 2020.
  • Access to and usage of the content is entirely the responsibility of the registrant.
